Inclusive leadership is a set of skills and attitudes that can be developed like any other leadership tool. We are keen on the relevance of inclusion for every individual, and through coaching and mentoring we work one-to-one to bring that to life.
For experienced leaders adding this to their repertoire, coaching allows them to identify and build on existing knowledge while drawing on Stewart’s expertise. Leaders new to the role would benefit from mentoring, which leans more heavily on Stewart as a guide to building inclusive approaches.
