Inclusive Cultures Development
Our Inclusive Cultures Development programme for teams is a cost-effective mechanism to establish common knowledge, expectations and vocabulary needed to develop an inclusive culture. We can tailor it to discipline-specific needs. Establishing and developing an inclusive culture across a team, that works for each individual including new arrivals, is a robust means to yield the benefits of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion.
Stewart worked as a partner with the Faculty. Collaborating to develop our professors and academic leaders, he equipped them with the knowledge, confidence and motivation to create a more inclusive culture. He examined Bath’s context and established approaches that were highly relevant, increasing engagement and impact. His facilitation of sessions during 2023 and 2024 was inclusive, thoughtful and suitably challenging. Participants were keen to take part, recognising Stewart’s approach was helping them to be more effective in their roles.
