Stewart Eyres operates as a sole trader, under the company name Eyres Inclusion Consulting. He has established alliances with a number of others where collaboration allows a broader offer.

Personal information supplied by enquirers or clients or those of staff, clients or members of their organisation will be used to communicate about the services under discussion or to allow the delivery of any commissioned services.

We respond to enquiries expecting that enquirers or clients are operating in line with their own data privacy policies. As appropriate, data sharing agreements may be entered into with clients where that is necessary to deliver services while remaining in compliance with data privacy requirements.

Where Eyres Inclusion Consulting are delivering as a third party on behalf of an organisation that holds a contract with a client, we will be bound by the data privacy policies of the organisation contracting our services. Notwithstanding, all the undertakings given in this section remain in effect.

Data including communications are never shared with third parties unless allowable within an agreed data sharing agreement.

Data, including communications, will be retained for times in line with ICO guidance unless otherwise agreed. Where data, including contact details, are no longer required it will be deleted prior to this date. If you wish us to delete personal data we hold on you or from your organisation, please get in touch identifying which data is in scope. We may need to suspend, reduce or truncate services to you or your organisation if the data is retained to allow us to deliver those services.
