We take a strengths-based approach, identifying where you are effective and developing inclusive practices from within your existing experience. Our experience helps you navigate the demands of leading inclusively, and provides further resources for you to explore in building inclusion literacy and competence.
We treat inclusive leadership as a set of skills and attitudes that can be developed like any other leadership tool. We are keen on the relevance of inclusion for every individual, and through coaching and mentoring we work one-to-one to bring that to life.
If you are an experienced leader, coaching allows you to identify existing knowledge and build inclusion into your skills, drawing on the coach’s expertise combining inclusion practices and leadership actions.
For those new to leadership, coaching will draw on your existing strengths and embed inclusion at the start of your journey, although really you will apply leadership skills you already have for the first time in formal leadership roles.
Testimonial
Working with Stewart has been a genuinely transformative experience. I became significantly more effective in my work, developing a clearer strategic direction, stronger communication, and a more grounded approach to leadership.
Stewart has an exceptional ability to bring clarity to complex and demanding situations. He helped me step back, see challenges with perspective, focus on strengths and opportunities, and work constructively through difficult collaborations. As a result, I now approach decision-making with greater confidence, structure, and purpose.
Importantly, he supported me to think more strategically about sustainability and long-term impact, helping me connect vision, planning, and resources in a way that strengthened both my projects and my role within the organisation.
What I value most is Stewart’s ability to ask the right questions at the right time. He does not offer quick fixes, but instead he helps you build understanding and perspective. I would strongly recommend Stewart to leaders who want to not only grow personally but to also become more effective, strategic and resilient in their roles.
