Mission
Our mission is to deliver inclusive cultures that work for all.
Values
- We are committed to being inclusive, challenging inequity through our work, our actions and our behaviours.
- We act with empathy. We listen and collaborate. We value difference and respect diverse experiences.
- We communicate honestly and openly. Our insights and advice can be relied on to be actionable, practical, timey and clear.
What we do
We improve individual lives through inclusion.
We work with clients and individuals to create inclusive cultures that enable belonging. Our vision is to redefine excellence, embedding equity, making organisations more supportive and respectful environments that benefit all.
Inclusive cultures and approaches make organisations more effective in providing solutions and services to everyone. Inclusive organisations recruit and retain a more diverse body of staff, and are better able to provide for a diversity of client needs. Inclusive cultures enable belonging, value difference and encourage respectful, honest sharing. Individuals thrive and organisations benefit.
Please get in touch to explore how we can work with you to develop an inclusive culture at your organisation, or for individual coaching and mentoring.

Beyond this he contributed to or coordinated multiple science communication and public engagement projects, reaching many thousands of young people.
In leadership roles since 2009, Stewart continued to prioritise inclusive practice as a researcher, educator and leader, nurturing talent and embedding innovative approaches to delivering student success. His commitment to social impact continued with significant support across his School for major initiatives including the Lancashire Science Festival.

- consultancy on the Royal Academy of Engineering Diversity Impact Programme at Canterbury Christ Church University (EDI Employability Toolkit)
Biography
Having completed a PhD at Jodrell Bank Observatory, Stewart was a research associate for five years, first at Keele University and then the Astrophysics Research Institute. His early involvement in public engagement built on his belief that science should be for everyone. As a Lecturer at UCLan, he developed distance learning modules, and as Course Leader established the world’s first fully distance learning BSc(Hons) in Astronomy, literally and conceptually meeting students where they were.
From 2009 he held leadership roles in Schools or Faculties, most recently as interim Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Computing and Engineering at Wrexham University. In these roles he encouraged his teams in public engagement while developing his own inclusive practice as a researcher, educator and leader. This included his School being the leading academic contributor to the Lancashire Science Festival, and a strong supporter to the Young Scientist Centre at UCLan.
Stewart is currently an External Examiner at Bangor University, overseeing assessment and learning in STEM for Bangor University International College. He joined the Industrial Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Birmingham City University in 2025. Since 2014 he has been chair of the e-MERLIN Steering Committee for the e-MERLIN/VLBI National Facility, which scrutinises the operation and development of the facility within funding from UKRI.
